ARTS / CREATIVITY
Museum of Wisconsin Art (West Bend)
Do you have a little fashionista? Join Miranda Levy, Project Runway alumna, for Fashion Design Camp at the Museum of Wisconsin Art! Four sessions run in late July and August, beginning with a themed challenge. Each student designer will have three class periods to complete their own finished garment. This is a fun and unique opportunity for your creative child!
Schauer Arts Center (Hartford)
Ages: 5k – 18
Interested in the arts? Orchestra, Dance, Art, and Singing – your child can enhance his or her skills in any of these fields at camp at the Schauer Art Center!
Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts (Cedarburg)
Dye Lab provides kids and teens with the chance to learn traditional and non-traditional dyeing methods at the Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts. Within 5 days, each student will walk away with 6 different types of dyed materials or clothing items. Some of these types include batik, shibori, ice dyeing, traditional tie dye and more!
Green Bay Packers Youth Football Camp (Various Locations)
Football Skills, Life Skills & Fun! Kids can learn through safe, non-contact instruction led by Green Bay Packers Alumni. 14 week-long camps are held in various locations throughout Wisconsin. Your kids will love the opportunity to learn skills from their favorite team!
Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy (Various Locations)
The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy caters to kids at every level of play. Whether a beginner or a budding pro, each player gets a world-class experience on and off the diamond. While the camp is based on building skills, there are fun extras including a VIP behind the scenes trip to Miller Park, 4 Brewers game tickets, and a Brewers jersey. 15 camps held at various locations throughout Wisconsin.
Momentum Early Learning (Germantown)
Camp Velocity, Momentum Early Learning’s summer day camp, is a popular destination for school agers during their summer vacation. Camp Velocity keeps kids safe, on the move, and having a blast all summer long with trips to splash pads, bowling, mini-golf, the Zoo, the movies, local parks and more. Campers enjoy experiments with science and cooking, creating art, and participating in unique learning experiences that enhance the fun of summer.
New Frontiers Children’s Center (Grafton)
Summer Explorers is a day camp held at New Frontiers Children’s Center. Weekly field trips include destinations such as Riveredge Nature center, Audubon Nature center, Milwaukee Public Museum, Milwaukee Zoo, Marcus Center KidZ Days, and more!
YMCA Summer Day Camp (West Bend & Menomonee Falls)
Summer Day Camp is a licensed program through the YMCA that provides youth with supervised activities that teach core values, conflict resolution and leadership skills. Children have fun while building self-confidence, appreciating teamwork and gaining independence.
NATURE / OUTDOORS
Camp Minikani (Hubertus)
Ages: 5-12 Day Camp | 7-17 Overnight Camp
YMCA Camp Minikani has been providing kids a positive environment to grow and explore since 1919. Located on the shores of Lake Amy Belle, camps ranging from traditional overnight camp, and equestrian programs to engaging environmental day camps are offered. Your kids will make memories to last a lifetime with activities including: archery, wall climbing, a high ropes couse, frisbee golf and more.
Camp Y-Koda (Sheboygan Falls)
Camp Y-Koda is an 80 acre camp located in Sheboygan Falls (just west of Sheboygan). There are lots of themed specialty camps for a variety of your children’s interests. The property also features a low and high ropes course complete with a zip line and forty foot climbing wall, swimming pool, four acre lake, bb gun and archery range, basketball and volleyball courts, playground, soccer field, arts and crafts center, and a huge slip and slide.
Roden Barnyard Adventures
Roden Barnyard Adventures is committed to grow memories and harvest fun for all ages. Their farm camps offer children a wide variety of activities that allow them to be creative, be responsible, work hard, respect others – all while having a DAIRY good time! Come experience all that agriculture has to offer you!
Riveredge Nature Center (Saukville)
Ages: 3 to High School Seniors
Riveredge summer camps connect kids to the natural world in ways that are both meaningful and fun. They offer hands-on environmental exploration: campers ask questions about the natural world, uncover evidence at their fingertips, and draw conclusions based on personal experience. There’s something suitable for every age, and even a Garden Wonders camp that your little ones might enjoy!
Wellspring Farm Camps (West Bend)
Summer camps at Wellspring are focused on outdoor fun and connecting kids to where food comes from. Each session includes activities based on gardening, farming, animals, nature and outdoor play. Your kids will have great time on a real working farm!
JK Lee (Various Locations)
Ages: 5k – Teens
JK Lee summer camp programs are for children of all ages. Beginners through Black Belts will learn, grow and have fun! Camps are scheduled at all six locations at different times and include practice with martial arts skills, tricks, tumbling and field trips.
Kettle Moraine EAA Chapter 1158 Air Camp (West Bend)
Experience a weeklong aviation immersion experience hosted by volunteers from Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1158, located at the West Bend, WI airport. If your children have any interest in aviation, Air Camp is for them! The schedule includes a balance of actual flight time, hands-on aircraft building techniques, tours of local aviation facilities and some classroom time.
Camp Pow Wow (Menomonee Falls)
Since 1959, Camp Pow Wow has been providing outdoor recreational opportunities for adults and children with disabilities. Camp Pow Wow provides a summertime opportunity to build on
progress made through special education and therapy. Kids (age 5 – 21) thrive in an atmosphere where they maintain gains in fine and gross motor skills, speech and language, and socialization.
Camp Super Hero (West Bend)
Ages: Students entering 5th grade through 12th grade
Camp Super Hero teaches you just how easy it is to make a BIG difference in the world. Join us this summer to tackle a brand new volunteer project each week. Get your hands dirty cleaning up a local park or play Wii Bowling with seniors at a nursing home … you’ll never know what adventure the day will bring!
